Haneen is a legal consultant on general Saudi law and is a member of the LFSH corporate practice in Riyadh. From early 2007 to late 2008, Haneen was seconded to Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP where she assisted the corporate, finance and real estate teams in advising multinational clients across a range of industries, including telecommunications, transport, infrastructure and financial services. She also advised on corporate, M&A and transactional deals, as well as on infrastructure development projects.
Following her secondment, Haneen returned to LFSH where she advises Saudi and foreign companies on corporate, commercial and IP matters under Saudi law, including competition law, trademark protection and commercial agencies regulations.
